Sol D. Kanthack

President

As a serial entrepreneur and an experienced executive, Sol has over 20 years of management and leadership experience.  Sol has a unique combination of entrepreneurial skills and hands-on management with extensive experience leading complex engineering and technology development, operations, manufacturing, and finance.

In his free time, Sol enjoys running, snow skiing, hiking and camping (all with a Land Cruiser at the ready) with his wife Molly and three daughters (Clara, Lyla and Julia) and playing bass guitar in an alternative rock band.  Sol received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with the Dean's Award of Distinction and degree concentrations in Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Finance.  Sol represents the interests of small companies within the aerospace supply chain by sitting on the Aerospace Industries Association’s (AIA) Executive Committee and Supplier Management Council. Sol is also an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) both in the Fort Worth, TX Chapter and Internationally.

Frank Walker

Sales & Support

Frank has over 20 years of aerospace tooling representation including 10 plus years with Andrews Tool and additional tenure with Jiffy Tool and Innovative Tooling Services.  Frank has established himself as a trusted partner to the likes of Lockheed Martin, The Boeing Company & Bell Textron having worked on numerous programs with his extensive expertise in evaluating complex needs and implementing custom solutions.  Frank is also multilingual, speaking fluently in authentic East Texas frontier gibberish.  And when he’s not mowing the yard or changing light bulbs around the house, you can find Frank honing his skills on the range and chasing his dream – striving to one day reach his full potential and become a halfway decent golfer.

Doyle Phillips

Lead Mechanical Engineer

Doyle’s career spans over 20 years with Raytheon as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer and with robotic applications focus and with Atlas Copco as a Drilling Applications Engineer.  Doyle has extensive experience working with various types of materials and providing comprehensive solutions to customers drilling in stacks of dissimilar materials.  Doyle obtained a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from National Technological University and a degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce.  Doyle is also an avid rugby fan attending whenever and wherever there’s a scrum.

David Wooldridge

Manufacturing Lead

In addition to being a dead ringer for Kenny Rogers, David is a highly skilled machinist with over 50 years of experience.  David spent 25 years with Forward Manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX, owned and managed his own machine shop producing for Vought Aircraft and also worked with AMR/American Airlines.  David leads all in house prototyping, manufacturing, assembly and testing efforts at ATC.  He’s no gambler when it comes to ATC; David ensures the company’s products consistently maintain the highest quality, tolerances and precision.

Tanner Brown

Internal Sales & Operations 

Tanner has over 10 years of operations expertise managing warehouse, supply chain and logistics efforts.  Tanner manages inside sales functions and coordinates directly with internal operations to ensure on time deliveries of the highest quality ATC products.  In his spare time, Tanner is an accomplished sound engineer producing, mixing and mastering music for a variety of recording artists.

Brenda Gillen

Accounting

Brenda handles all aspects of accounting for ATC.  She manages new and existing customers, purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.  She thoroughly enjoys collecting any and all money owed to ATC.  Brenda earned the nickname “The Little General” for her uncompromising, positive and forward-driving attitude in managing ATC, her family and all elements of technology for Shackelford Junior High in Arlington, TX.
