Andrews Aerospace Acquires Recoules and Quackenbush

Fort Worth, TX - Andrews Aerospace is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Recoules and Quackenbush brands from Apex Tool Group based in Charlotte, NC. The products acquired will include the complete line of positive feed and advanced drilling units (ADUs), nut plate drills, rivet squeezers and cutting tools, micro stop cages, and all related intellectual property.


Additionally, the team and manufacturing facility in Ozoir-la-Ferrière, France, will join Andrews Aerospace. Andrews will relocate related assets from Lexington, South Carolina, to Fort Worth, TX. Apex Tool Group has agreed to provide ongoing manufacturing and engineering support as part of the acquisition.
